When life asks for deeper listening
There is a phase in life when much of what seemed resolved returns, asking for attention and Consciousness.
The career you built no longer brings the satisfaction it once did. Certain relationships no longer make sense. Decisions you have been postponing begin to weigh on you, calling for courage, energy, and a new stance.
On the outside, everything may appear to be working. On the inside, however, there is a quiet discomfort — the sense that something needs to reorganize and change.
Sometimes it shows up as recurring patterns, reactions you recognize but cannot change, or a fatigue and lack of drive that is not merely physical. It is not a problem to be quickly fixed.
It is a moment that deserves to be crossed with care.
The proposal of ATMA Therapy
ATMA Therapy starts from a simple observation: Body, Mind and Consciousness need to be in congruence with the life you choose to live.
A difficult decision may be caught in an old memory that the body still holds.
A repeating pattern is often made of unconscious beliefs you carry without noticing.
For this reason, ATMA Therapy brings together, in a single process, what people usually seek from different professionals — not as a sum of therapies, but as one integrated path.
It is a deep form of care that requires perception and sensitivity: patience, listening, and the discernment to understand each person's unconscious and context, and then the tools to open a new space that makes sense for them. It is a personalized work, not a rigid protocol.

Who leads the process

Osvaldo Beltramini Junior has been a therapist for more than 25 years. His training was built throughout his entire career, always with the aim of understanding the human being in a broader and deeper way.
He graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2001 and went on to specialize in Manual Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2011. He became a Psychoanalyst in 2016. He deepened his studies in consciousness-expanding practices over the following years, becoming a Certified Facilitator of Access Consciousness in 2021 and graduating as an Integral Yoga teacher in 2025, with studies in India. He is currently pursuing a graduate program in Neurosciences at Hospital Sírio-Libanês, in São Paulo.
There were years of teaching Anatomy and Physiology, caring for people clinically and, above all, listening to them. It was there that he noticed something recurring: many pains remained even after the body had been cared for, sustained by unconscious beliefs the person did not know they had. From that observation, ATMA Therapy was born — a name that, in Sanskrit, refers to Atman: the Self, the truest Essence of each person.
He holds three dimensions of training to care for the three dimensions of Being. Many clients have followed him for more than 18 years, and most who come are referred by someone close who has already experienced ATMA Therapy.
How the path unfolds
ATMA Therapy is a journey of at least eleven sessions, integrating the care of Body, Mind and Consciousness.

It all begins with a conversation. This first meeting serves to understand your moment, align expectations, and see, together, whether it makes sense to continue.
It is not about convincing anyone. The pace of the process is set by the person, through the openness with which they allow themselves to look inward.
It is work for those who wish to actively take part in their own transformation, not for those who expect to receive it fully formed.
Perhaps that is why those who have already walked a path of self-knowledge tend to benefit even more.
THE THREE DIMENSIONS OF BEING

Body.
The body carries the history of each person's past. Through Physiotherapy and Evolutive Manual Therapy (TME), the memories of what has been recorded in the Body — trauma, abuse, aggression — are dissolved, allowing the body to relax and reorganize itself within two months after the session, finding balance with more presence.

Mind.
Through Psychoanalysis, the work recognizes, through dreams and synchronicities, what the Self reveals as ready to transform. Bringing to consciousness what was operating on autopilot is the first step toward making new choices, rather than simply repeating.

Consciousness.
The dimension of consciousness concerns how you perceive yourself and what surrounds you. Expanding this perception — and your capacity to allow, to know, and to receive — is to gain more freedom and possibilities in your own choices, actions, and relationships. Here, change stops being effort and becomes direction.

Featured quote
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
Carl Gustav Jung
What is ATMA Therapy?
A process of individuation and self-knowledge guided by the expansion of consciousness.
ATMA Therapy is not a sum of therapies, but an integrated method built by Dr. Osvaldo Beltramini over more than two decades of clinical practice, uniting Body, Mind and Consciousness in a single path of individuation — the process by which, according to Jung, a person becomes who they truly are.
The path
Across successive sessions, the work moves through symbols, dreams, synchronicities, emotional reading, unconscious patterns, and the way all of this shows up in the body — guiding the person to a truer encounter with themselves.
What transforms
Rigid defenses, repressed emotions, old identifications, recurring attitudes, and rejected aspects of one's own personality gradually come to be recognized, understood, and integrated.
The result
As what was dissociated finds space in the person's consciousness and life, a deep inner reorganization takes place. The body feels lighter, the mind clearer, and life begins to express with more authenticity what was once hidden.
More than relieving symptoms, the process supports the reunion of the person with their own Essence, opening the way to a life with more presence, truth, vitality, and freedom.

At the end of the process
Inner clarity, vitality, and direction for what truly matters: Being yourself.
At the end of the process, many people report more vitality and courage to face what they had been postponing.
They report that their choices and actions became clearer and more aligned, relationships that flow with ease, and a sense of living with more authenticity and less repetition.
These are not promises. They are the kinds of accounts often heard from those who have begun the path of individuation.
